We’re committed to ensuring your orders arrive reliably and on time.

Delivery Days
All customers have a set delivery day each week. Your order will be delivered on your usual scheduled day. If you're unsure of your delivery day, please go ahead and place your order - our Telesales team will review it and make sure it’s assigned to the correct day.

Order Cut-Off Time
To guarantee delivery on your scheduled day, please place your order by 12pm the day before.
Orders placed after 12pm risk being delayed. While we’ll do our best to deliver on an alternative day, this may not always be possible, and your order could be moved to your next scheduled delivery the following week.
