Is the pricing the same on the website?

All the pricing is the same as you would get normally from us.

What happens if I have a question or need some help?

When will my order be delivered?

Your orders will continue to stay on your pre-arranged delivery day.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of 2 Kegs or Casks.

If I have a technical problem, who do I contact?

Please click help & support then technical issues above to view helpful answers and log a tech visit if required.

How do I contact my local sales manager?

You can just give us a call on 01934 863963 and we will be able to help.

When is the latest I can put my order on?

The cut off is 12pm the day before your delivery day. However its always best to place your order as soon as you can.

Can I add to my order?

Yes of course, if you have already placed your order place a new order to add. As long as the order is placed by 12pm the day before your delivery day it can be added.

Can I still get promotions on the website?

Definitely, we have a category for promotions so you won’t miss out!
