BUTCOMBE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Below are details and information on how to return any items.

Breakages: In the unlikely event that any items are damaged during delivery, please contact us at orders@butcombe.com. We’ll be happy to arrange a credit and send out a replacement.

Quality Concerns: If you experience any issues with the quality of our beer, please reach out to us at orders@butcombe.com. Our standard procedure is to collect the affected product, issue a credit, and deliver a replacement.
