Bristol Honey Rum

ABV 37.5% Port of Bristol Honey Rum, is a blend of rums, local honey and botanicals, made in small batches in our craft micro-distillery in central Bristol. it is made in the style of Ron Miel from the Canary islands, but at a much more punchy 37.5%. This honey rum can be enjoyed neat or over ice, but also loves to be mixed into your favourite rum cocktail. A particular favourite of ours is a Honey Rum Sours, where the sweetness of the rum balances beautifully with the citrus and bitters.
